Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is my account at risk of being banned?
LW Assistant doesn’t communicate with Last War’s servers at all. It reads your screen and clicks the same way you would, by hand. No automation tool can promise zero risk, but it’s built to act like a careful player, including safeguards that stop it from acting mid-battle or when something looks off.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows PC with the official Last War: Survival PC client installed and running. LW Assistant reads that window directly, with no phone, emulator, or second device required.
How do I get access?
Subscribe on this site, or start the 2-day free trial (no card required). Then open the app and sign in with the same email and password you used here.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The app checks your subscription in the background. Once it lapses, the app signs you out and stops running until you renew. Your settings stay saved either way.
Does it really run while I’m away?
Yes, that’s the point. Once it’s configured and running, it plays on its own: digs, rallies, alliance care, and more. It does need control of your mouse and keyboard while it’s actively taking an action, the same as you would.
Can I control it remotely?
Yes, connect it to Telegram and you can check status, get notified, and send basic commands from your phone without being at your PC.
What if something goes wrong while it’s running?
LW Assistant watches itself for freezes and pauses rather than risk an unsafe action. You can also stop or resume it instantly with a hotkey at any time.
